As the Executive Operations Manager for Make-Up Therapy for over 7 years, Kaya serves as the key liaison between clients, venues, vendors, and our incredible Beauty Team, guaranteeing that every interaction with Make-Up Therapy is flawless and tailored to everyone’s individual needs.

Living in NYC, Kaya oversees all operations for the Make-Up Therapy Teams based in both Los Angeles + NYC, with dedication and expertise. Working closely with Make-Up Therapy Founder, Tara Dowburd, who lives in Los Angeles, Kaya ensures Tara’s creative vision is seamless across the country and abroad, in helping deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience from the initial contact to the completion of all bookings.

With a strong commitment to the Make-Up Therapy brand’s mission to empower our clients and help them look + feel their prettiest, Kaya brings five-star hospitality, while blending her Midwestern roots with genuine care. Her number one priority is to make sure each client feels comfortable, heard and truly taken care of, so they feel confident and excited in working with Tara and the Team.
